Mr. Frank is a founding member of Frank, Haron, Weiner and Navarro. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1966. His undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations, is from Cornell University. Mr. Frank advises clients in connection with the purchase and sale of businesses and other commercial transactions, sophisticated business litigation, estate planning, and surety defense.

Mr. Frank has practiced law in the Detroit metropolitan area since 1966, interrupted only by a two-year service commitment in the United States Army. He served as an air defense artillery officer from 1967 to 1969, obtained the rank of captain, and was honorably discharged in February 1969.

In addition to his business and litigation practice, Mr. Frank is an American Arbitration Association's facilitative mediator and was selected as one of the original facilitative mediators for the Oakland County Circuit Court pilot program.

Mr. Frank is a past chairman of the Troy Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and a past chairman of the Troy Chamber Small Business Council. He was also a Board Member and Claims Committee Chair of the Washington, D.C. American Specialty Surety Association for ten years and has been a board member of and advisor to many of his business clients.
