Ms. Nolan's practice focuses upon business and intellectual property transactions, including licensing, Internet law, and real estate transactions for all types of entities, including healthcare providers. She has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies, as well as a number of small to mid-sized companies in various types of business transactions and has assisted them in obtaining and enforcing rights in all types of intellectual property. Ms. Nolan also advises clients on tax matters, particularly the tax implications of various business and real estate transactions, as well as estate tax matters.
