Mr. Hamblin focuses his practice on business law and litigation.

Mr. Hamblin has broad experience in representing clients in a variety of different business related legal matters.  These include the formation of domestic and foreign corporations, limited liability companies (LLC’s) and other business entities, purchase and sale of businesses, joint ventures, secured and unsecured loans, and a wide variety of contracts, commercial transactions, and real estate matters. 

Mr. Hamblin also represents clients in a wide variety of litigation cases, including business and commercial litigation, collections, real estate cases, employment matters, estate and probate litigation, and many other types of civil disputes.  He has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal trial and appellate courts, before government agencies, administrative bodies, and in arbitrations, mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Hamblin's practice predominately serves clients in the Metro Detroit area.  However, he is available to handle client matters throughout the State of Michigan. He has worked on matters throughout the State of Michigan, as well as in a variety of locations outside of Michigan such as California, Delaware, Florida, Ohio, Washington, D.C., and even the Caribbean.

Mr. Hamblin is a member of the Michigan and Oakland County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan state and federal courts, as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati.
