May It Please The Course: FHWN Competes in Detroit Marathon
Frank, Haron, Weiner and Navarro is proud to announce that its running team “May It Please The Course” completed the Detroit marathon relay event on October 18, 2009. After months of preparation, the team of five highly-trained attorneys braved the cold and early morning hours to put in a solid performance.
Monica Navarro completed the first leg of the race running over the Ambassador Bridge and handed off to Mercedes Dordeski on the banks of the Detroit River in Windsor. Mercedes ran back through the Windsor Tunnel and handed off to Louis Szura in front of the MGM Grand Casino. Louis ran through Indian Village and met up with David Haron on Jefferson Avenue. David took the team from Jefferson Avenue around Belle Isle and back, where he raced in ahead of schedule and made the final hand off to Maro Bush. Maro took the team the rest of the way across the finish line.
The firm is happy to congratulate all of its runners for a job well done.
